At Aviators, we develop custom engagement strategies through our analysis in that people are a socioeconomic and biochemical reflection of their environment.
Therefore, to influence positive choices, you must create an environment with social patterns highly conducive towards positive outcomes.
This can only been done through a holistic engagement approach that comprehensively addresses the 6 main components of an affluent Quality of Life; Education, Health & Wellness, Income & Wealth, Housing, Safety & Security, and Arts & Culture.
Each component is as vitally important as the next.
What Is Aviators?
Aviators is a strategic firm specializing in collaboratively designing, implementing, and evaluating engagement strategies to address short-term needs and achieve long-term goals through a framework of Relational Being and Assets-Based Community Development. Typically we focus on the areas of systems analysis, leadership development, community building, project development, coalition building, and community organizing.
We most frequently apply our Relational Being and Assets-Based Community Development framework to address needs related to the faith-based, public, and private sectors. Current and previous clients include high net worth individuals, campaigns, churches, nonprofit organizations, and corporations.
Based in Kalamazoo, MI, Aviators works throughout Michigan and with clients nationally.

Start-up Company
After one year of development and structuring, the rough concept of Aviators is created.
Faith Temple Community BBQ
Aviators collaborated with Faith Temple Church to put together a community BBQ in effort to build relationships and community connectivity with their new church.
1st Annual Halloween Block Party
After the results of Kalamazoo’s racial profiling report, Aviators reached out to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety to help build trust, strong relationships, and community connectivity to the department. Aviators, in collaboration with Vanguard Church, Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety, and Edison Neighborhood Association produced the 1st Annual Halloween Block Party in Kalamazoo’s Edison neighborhood.
Turkey Bake Dinner Giveaway
In collaboration with Hungry for Christ, Allegan Food Pantry, and Vanguard North Church, Aviators delivered and distributed Turkey Bake Dinners to 200+ families in the Interfaith Homes community of Kalamazoo’s Northside neighborhood!
Thanksgiving Day Giveaway
In collaboration with Haven Reformed Church, Aviators was able to deliver 150 Turkey Dinners to Ministry with Community, a nonprofit that seeks to provide basic services to adults with no other place to turn. Aviators was also able to deliver 20 Turkey Dinners to 20 families in Kalamazoo’s Northside neighborhood.
Greater Kalamazoo Holiday Food Drive
Aviators coordinated pickup and delivery for the Kalamazoo Rotaract Club to deliver one week’s worth of food to 20 families in Kalamazoo’s Northside neighborhood.
Woodward Magnet School Community Fellowship Night
Partnering with the Woodward Magnet School PTO (Parent and Teacher Organization), Aviators guided their group to facilitate a community building event in efforts to build social capital within the school site by inviting residents and stakeholders to see how they can become a partner with the school
Artic Blast Block Party
Partnered with the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety and Kalamazoo’s Eastside Neighborhood Association, Aviators facilitated a relationship building community event in the heart of Kalamazoo’s Eastside neighborhood
Woodward Magnet School Picnic
After working with the Woodward Magnet School PTO (Parent and Teacher Organization) for 8 months, Aviators is collaborating with their group to build relationships and increase parent involvement.
Interfaith Homes Community Educational Achievement Bash
In working with the Interfaith Homes Community for the past year, Aviators strategically collaborated with their resident council leaders to increase resident involvement and participation.
